The staff were friendly, eager to assist, and ensured I had everything I needed for a productive stay. The hotel's location was ideal for accessing the High Line and Chelsea nightlife, making it easy to unwind after work.
The only downside was the slightly cold ambiance, which could be improved with warmer decor.

Great location and comfy beds!
Just spent 5 nights in a deluxe room with my group. The location was top-notch, super close to the High Line. Staff were super chill and helpful! The room was cozy, but crawling out of that low bed was a struggle. Also, the lamp over my head was a headbutt hazard. The bar area was nice for grabbing drinks.

missingWrote a review on Sept 02friendly staffgreat ambiencecramped room
Had a great time with my friends! We visited a concert venue near Hudson Yards and strolled along the High Line. The staff was friendly, and we loved the ambience. Tip for future guests, the rooms can be small, so manage expectations.
One downside was the room size. it felt a bit cramped for the price. We had difficulty figuring out the light switches too, which was annoying.

The location is perfect for family outings. With so much nearby to explore, our kids loved the easy access to parks and attractions. Plus, the breakfast menu had creative choices that we all enjoyed, particularly the delicious avocado toast.
For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly amenities available. The kids had a hard time with the small bathroom space.

Ideal Location and Welcoming Staff!
The convenience of being steps from the Highline was fantastic! The staff made us feel right at home, always ready to assist. Explore nearby galleries and savor delicious bites at local eateries. For peace, grab earplugs as street noise can be an issue. Altogether, a recommendable choice for city explorers!

Just a smart choice for a short layover in New York with very good value for money. The location was ideal, only 50 feet from the 'Sleep No More' show, which made things super convenient. Make sure to check the room's temperature because it can get pretty hot at night.

The receptionist was exceptionally kind and efficient when we requested a different room. The Economy Double Room we settled into was well-maintained and comfortable, providing a relaxing ambiance for our stay.
The noise from the street was somewhat disruptive at night.
